I don't have this movie, but Start Trek season 2 is the same (the other seasons download in 1080p). I have contacted support two times and they weren't able to help (it was like pulling teeth to get them to even understand what the issue is and that, yes, I know how to use iTunes).

Not sure about file size, but there is a slight audio sync issue with the digital version of the Extended Cut on iTunes... haven't checked Movies Anywhere yet.
