If you have a Singapore iTunes account you can yes. I can’t say if and when they will be available on US iTunes.

They have been on Asian iTunes stores like Hong Kong and Japan for a while. Fortune Star controls distribution rights in places outside of North America which explains things.

CB 1 has a rights depute between HBO/Warner, Fox, and Fortune Star. The HBO BD is OOP and it's speculated Fortune Star are acquiring US distribution rights.

CB II remains with Warner in the US. That one is available digitally but is in SD.
