Maybe Frank Langella's recent cancellation has made them less enthusiastic about it?

They did a few months back by including it in a handful of promotional postcards of upcoming titles which they issued. Only Dracula and I think Carnal Knowledge haven’t yet appeared (excluding The Big Gundown which is formally announced and now due in January). This was certainly a renewed indicator (ahem) that it is still coming, a long time after it was first revealed.

a) it was his own fault and b) evidently not.

Now if only 88 could release a decent blu of MASTERS OF THE UNIVERSE...

To my surprise I got shipping notification today and seems they sent my order (minus Big Gundown ofc).

Did not contact them, so I guess they saw my message here? or just decided to ship it on their own.

Hmm, despite Indicator saying Remember the Night is now December 5th, it looks like the December 19th date is now more accurate as the Powerhouse listing itself also says that now, and not just Amazon (and the SE of Irreversible has also been pushed to January). Guessing it has been fast-tracked but perhaps December 5th was a bit too ambitious, as that is just over a week away...

I wonder if we'll get March announcements soon? Potentially early December, as we're nearly into a new month!

I highly doubt some guy getting fired from a movie and then publicly whining about it has any bearing on a movie he appeared in 43 bloody years ago getting released by a blu-ray label known to maybe a few thousand people in the whole world but go off I guess

No chance, it belongs to WB, that already released a decent version of it here:

1. I understand its owned by MGM now. Warners lost the UK right to MOTU and Bloodsport in 2005, hence those DVDs going out of print.

2. There are some strange colour timing issues on WB's Blu-ray. Noticeably, the final shot of Skeletor has him now bright green!

Would love for a really full restoration of another Dracula --
Universal & Hammer Films “Brides of Dracula.”
The definitive disc still eludes us.

It certainly does, as well as the rest of the Universal Hammer titles.

Does anybody know a source for replacement Blu Ray cases like the ones Indicator use? Their booklets won't fit inside a regular case. Thanks.

Indicator have them in stock at the moment. They're £1.50 each but can only be bought as an "add-on" when you buy a blu-ray from them, and are limited to two per order. You can find them under Accessories on their site.

Looks like Remember the Night has indeed shifted to December 19. I'm afraid I won't receive it in time for Christmas then
