To do this, select theatrical at the top of the forum and enter the name of the movie. After you click on its name, you'll be brought to the movie's theatrical entry page. If you scroll down a little bit, you'll see "Create: Blu-ray DVD UV iTunes AIV" on the right hand side. Click on iTunes and then enter the info that you know. After you submit the info and it's approved, the movie will appear in the iTunes database and you'll be able to add it to your collection. It looks like all three movies you mentioned have theatrical entries. If they didn't, you'd have to create ones for them, wait for those to be approved, and then follow the steps I outlined above. Got a question about the two versions of Heat on iTunes.
I see an eight dollar price difference(HD Versions) between the two. Special edition is 17.99 and the regular edition is 9.99. What is the difference that makes it that much different in price? If it is worth it, I'll go ahead and grab it. Just want to make sure I am getting the best deal between those two. |

Anybody else getting "an unknown error occurred (5002)" message when trying to redeem a code? I'm getting the same error when trying to purchase free episodes as well. Wondering if this is an issue with the iTunes Store or something on my end.
Edited to add: Appears to have been a bug related to billing info (even though I haven't changed my billing info recently). I logged into my account at store.apple.com, went to billing info, changed nothing but hit save, and then hit cancel. When I went back to iTunes, the error was gone. ![]() Last edited by Evil; 11-12-2014 at 10:26 AM. |

For those of you that have large iTunes libraries - how do you back up your downloaded files?
I just calculated I have well over 3TB of movies/TV shows that need to be downloaded, so that I'm not relying 100% on the iCloud and it's licenses. I have toyed around with the idea of downloading them straight to a robust external hard drive, as my current Mac does not have the real estate to hold all of it. Thoughts on this? How do you manage your digital library? If there is a better place to ask this question, please direct me! |

Yes, I use various hard drives, internal and external (although I'm aware internal isn't an option for you by the sounds of things). The four bays of my Mac Pro hold a 1TB drive, a 1.5TB drive and two 2TB drives, and I have two 1TB USB external hard drives too. Of that 8.5TB, about 6.5--7TB holds iTunes purchases!

I have a 3TB external harddrive to back up my purchases. But, I've only used a 1TB. I got around that because when I purchase HD movies, I just download them in SD. Saves mountains of space if you're a hardcore purchaser of iTunes. |

(I only put iTunes HD movies in my collection that are not digital copies of BDs I own, and are primarily movies not available in BD format.) |

https://www.blu-ray.com/products/?c=...ion=addproduct There's an option were you'll be able to select 'no' if the movie wasn't shown in theaters. Once that theatrical entry is approved, you'll be able to create an iTunes entry from it using the steps I outlined in the post you quoted. |

Does anyone know if the iTunes Extras for Captain America: The First Avenger and Thor include the Marvel One Shot short films?
The digital copy codes that get upgraded to HD through DMA doesn't give extras because it's stays under Paramount rather than Marvel like the store versions. |
