The in-store Fopp 25% more off is better than I expected. Most criterion including box sets, Second Sight box sets, BFI Ingmar Bergman vol 1 is £30, ditto the big Aki Kaurismaki set, recent BFI and Curzons included. No Indicator but otherwise quite something. In Covent Garden - there are a lot of box sets behind the counter downstairs - have a look if you are close by. Guy says in store until end of next Monday

Everything that doesn’t have the ‘not part of the deal’ sticker, multi buy stock (EG- 2 for £15 etc) and the deals at the counter is 25% off.
I got Billion Dollar Brain for £8.99 this morning. Seems to have been a slight price rise across the store to cancel out the deal, but probably some okay deals in there somewhere. |

Instore today I got a mash-up of the 2 for 30, 2 for 24 and 2 for 20 deal with the L.E. of Wild Things bluray for a total of about 123 quid. That gave me the L.E. for £18.74. Considering it's not in their online deal, just the 4K disc is apparently, then I consider that a deal. Beats Amazons price too.
All those L.E. 88 titles. Some would've been £11.25 after the 25% off. and those AGFA titles could've been had for 15 quid each. |

I see HMV have bagged an exclusive early release date for Don't Worry Darling.
https://hmv.com/store/film-tv/blu-ra...-worry-darling Looks like HMV release date is 5 December whilst general release date is 26 December. Has this sort of thing happened before? I don't mean a HMV exclusive but more HMV getting a release date a few weeks earlier than everywhere else? |

Has anyone received their Reservoir Dogs steelbook?
I preordered it last month and paid for via Paypal but I have yet to receive it (it's release date was 21/11/22). |

Royal Mail strikes 24, 25 and now 30 and 01. HMV 'dispatched' my last order on 21 - RM have not even picked it up yet according to tracker. I suspect many HMV orders are slow at the moment.

Same as you. My tracking at RM says being despatched by sender so Royal Mail not got it yet in their delivery system, despite being 4 days and counting. Think it’s two days from when they receive it. Given strikes tomorrow and Thursday best case is Saturday delivery but more likely next week.

Glad I'm not the only one then, my order status is still sitting at 'Payment captured'. Will wait another week or so to see what happens.

Mine is marked as despatched on the HMV website but not yet been scanned by RM as in transit. So either RM not yet collected from HMV or it’s sitting in a RM warehouse somewhere in limbo because of the strikes. |

I made two orders, the first was marked as dispatched by HMV on Friday and the second on Saturday. The one from Saturday was received by Royal Mail first and has been delivered today, while the Friday one only arrived at Royal Mail on Monday and hasn't moved since. Guess it's just a lottery at the moment but as long as everything gets here in the end *fingers crossed*.

The Blu-ray is reduced to £4.99 with any other purchase. On the Dune Blu-ray listing it doesn't actually mention that multi-buys are excluded from counting as "any other purchase" (it does mention this on the 4Ks that are reduced with "any other purchase") but I believe the same applies here. HMV can be very frustrating with their deals, making them complicated to the point where people just don't bother.
