Dose any body here use proxis?

Never any problems in the past.
Sadly my recent order of two in stock titles
Only one was sent with no explanation, though payment for both was taken.

Who do I message, which email address?
Is there a better language to use?

I last used proxis about 15 years ago but... they are in Belgium.

They seam to believe that an order of two titles was sent in two separate jiffy bags.

For dutch imports who would you use, please?
