Default UHD HDR vs. SDR

Tales From The Loop, ep.1:

4K SDR: 22257 Kbps
4K HDR: 14375 Kbps

Hunters, ep.1:

4K SDR: 20.3 Mbps
4K HDR: 14.6 Mbps

Why are the HDR versions encoded with lower bitrates????

I wasn't aware that both versions were an option on Amazon Prime. I'll have to see this.

Sorry for the off-topic question: how did you manage to obtain the a/v info?
