It didn't 'young' too well either! Had no need to be as bad as that cinsidering the talent involved.

It deserves a 4k blu ray release!
Honestly I was never as big a fan of Jackie Brown, to me it feels like Tarantino trying to make a "serious" film and losing a lot of his personality in doing so.

Mission Impossible 2. It wreaks of late 90's early 2000's aesthetics displaying Woo's worst tendencies with Cruise ego turned up to 11, where as the rest were done classically therefore holding up quite well.

Army of Darkness, between the low budget special effects and bad acting, i think this should have been a lot better for a trilogy closer.

Thank you for shedding light on this. It seems that I have indeed aged poorly, and I intend to find some way to address it.

Drop Zone with a 9/11 reference... even though the film came out in 1994

Sorry, but I have to disagree with this,it's probably my favourite comedy of all time.
Bruce Campbell is all the three Stooges rolled into one, plus I love those silly skeletons.

I'm good. I didn't realize my post could have been read that way, I was just contemplating how to manage my own cynicism and become more mature. I appreciate your concern though, thank you.

I would say Juno mostly because of the Elliott/Ellen Page thing.

Yeah, it barely passes the muster for me, but now it's just insult to injury how it thought it was so cool 22 years ago and now it's just lame.

That movie never did anything for me. I don't understand why they honored the 15th anniversary of it winning best original screenplay at this year's Academy Awards.

Wayne's World 1 is still great, but 2 doesn't stand up to repeated viewing, although it does have some great jokes in it, it just loses steam in the last 3rd and you're just waiting for the movie to finish

This, me and my best friend used to love SC 1 and 2, but I watched 1 recently and yikes! Yeah it's aged pretty badly

You missed a point, a well made kids movie from the 80's should still stand up to the test of time, The Monster Squad, Goonies and countless others are still fantastic. (and I would argue TMS has actually got better as i now appreciate the homages to classic monster villains from the 30's and 40's)

I'll bet they did it so Elliot Page could be on stage. At least that's one reason.
