I cant get the itunes store to load my purchased list of films on my iphone. It will load on my ipad, but it takes a long time. I think once I went beyond 900-1000 movies, this problem started. Anyone else have this problem? Any solutions?
I have an iphone 13 pro max, so Its not out of date. I can see them in the apple tv app on my iphone with no problem. But in the itunes stores its trying to do something and then it says it timed out. Seems weird. I know some people here have huge ituenes collections, so maybe they have dealt with this. I cant seem to figure out good search terms to find a solution online, so I thought I would ask here. |

it loads them in the apple tv ap fine. Its just an itunes issue. I am guessing the large ammount of titles is messing it up. As i was going from 400, 500, 600, 700, ect it started to take a long time to load all of them. but when I got to 900-1000 it started doing the time out thing. It says loading and spins and then timeout at 1 min.
my 1st gen ipad pro takes about 2min, but it loads them. I dont think its an out of memory thing as its only 64gb. |
