Default Opinions on mcintosh ma6900

Hi.Have a chance of getting one so am interested in opinions on this amplifier.It costs around 4000 dollars.Am mostly gonna use it for cd and vinyl but has to be good at movies too (2 channels mind)

I had looked and listened to the 6900 but it was slightly outside of my budget at the time. Definitely a great unit and would have satisfied me for years to come. Just a few years afterwards I ended up going the C220 preamp/MC252 amp combination but that integrated would have been just fine for me.
