For reference, I setup my SPL meter at the main listening position, turned on the sub test tone in my processor, then went through the sub distance trim in .5 step increments until I found the optimal one. If I recall correctly, it was +8 feet more than what the autosetup set it to. Disclaimer: Note that I'm just speaking from experience. Maybe I'm way off base and someone who knows more can say I'm nuts and tell you for sure if it'll work or not. ![]() |

That would be the way to go then. You might have to play with the gain as well as phase to get them hitting at the same time and at the right volume. I would put the stronger of the two up front, but I am sure you already figured that one out. In these sort of setups, I usually have the gain set just a little higher on the one up front, but that is personal preference.

Looking to pull the trigger on dual PB-3000 subwoofers.
Just waiting for any sales that might pop up. Columbus Day or BF maybe? |

Hello guys, I have Marantz sr7013 and klipsch rw12 and plan to upgrade to svs sb3000. In music as far as I read I will have big difference, faster transitions, bigger impact etc but in movies will I have better bass quality and quantity? I know rw12 is ported and the advantages of ported but bcs 1) is old enough my klipsch and 2) the quality of svs generally what do you say? . Have someone test them and know.
I'm from Greece and don't have the opportunity to test in my home. My kitchen+living room is 45m2. Don't tell me about pb, I don't have the space. I will not listen in high volumes often. Due to neighbors above me and next to me Thanks a lot |

I'm still very amazed with the dual PB1000s I picked up last summer for my 2nd room/mancave. I normally only run one of them when I'm gaming, and just now I popped in Blade Runner 2049, sat back, and as the opening bass sweep started I was reminded how much I love these subs. Then I realized I only had one PB1000 active after having turned one of them off from last night's gaming session. It "felt" like both were active!
I run 3 x 15" subs in my main setup (2 PSA XV15se and a good o'l MFW-15), but since getting the dual PB1000s, I have no quarrels moving to the mancave when I don't want to watch in the main room. SVS ![]() |

Hi all! Just wanted to say hello. Got my PB-2000 Pro over Christmas from the Outlet. Before that I had an old JBL PB10 10” sub from the 90’s. Needless to say with my new LG CX and Panasonic UB 820 4K blu ray player - Holy Shizzles!
Now I know what a real sub should sound/feel like. Already contemplating my annual upgrades- hopefully making it up to a 16 Ultra one day ![]() |

Picked up 2 SB-2000's for the Black Friday pricing before they were gone for good. The bass is absolutely mind blowing, feels like I have a bass shaker attached to my couch.
