Since when did 720p become native 1080p?

My previous point is still valid.

Also, you're telling me you don't mind when manufacturers claim it's something that it's not?

Right, I'm out of this thread.

Decided the HU85LA not being worth the money.

Ended up striking a deal on the latest JVC line up, long throw.

There is no hassle about support with JVC, it does it all, for equal money.

LG Electronics does not even compare.

Some compromises to my room will have to be made, but easily worth it.

I hope that my attempt to address the 24hz question will come to resolution, eventually.

Excellent choice, NX7 is everyone's favorite projector for all who can put it into the budget. Great projector for a dedicated room and the long throw range needed.

LG's HU85LA is in a different category, namely the many UST applications and uses for multi purpose rooms to have a large cinema display that features the cabinet built-in and discrete screens so it's seamlessly integrated into your environment.

I'll work on confirming LG's HU85LA is 24p compliant with an equal frame rate playback.
