Picture Quality Looks pretty good. It's clean, sharp and free of any damages.
Sound is also ok but don't like this "german" dubbed voice for Cary Grant (possible another Speaker was used / second dubbed/new Version was used?)

Don't know about a second German version.
It's supposed to be the same dubbing actor as in e.g. "House Boat", "Operation Petticoat", "That Touch Of Mink", "Charade" or "To Catch A Thief".
If you own one of these movies you can double check.
Other possibility: The pitch hasn't been corrected and therefore the voice sounds too deep.

It sounds very possible the voice sounds too deep. Curt Ackermann was the voice of all movies "Petticoat", "Mink", "thief", "Houseboat" and this one I was Male War Bride".

The other voices of his other movies were: Paul Klinger, Erick Schumann, Wolfgang Luschky - so also very possible some other voices are stucked in my brain

Unfortunately that's still an issue cause some labels don't pay the necessary attention to that.
If you want to avoid "pitch problematic" discs you can check out this regularly updated lists on cinefacts.de:
