They've been broadcast in HDTV someplaces. We had a thread about those captures about 15 months ago: https://forum.blu-ray.com/showthread.php?t=2874

Exactly. I know I stumbled upon those a long time ago and figured they were widely seen. I just figured with the announcement, some would want to see a glimpse of what it could look like

The Nightmare on Elm street collection should be first on Blu-ray because they are what started New Line Cinema.

I think the Austin Powers movies are underrated visually. Lots of colors and pop even on sd dvd.
