I know everyone wants LOTR to be the first one released (personally I think I'd only pick up the first one, since I feel the first one was the strongest. Kevin Smith kinda ruined the trilogy on the whole for me), but I wouldn't mind some of their lesser known, but visually stunning titles to be released first. Like Sony releasing THE ADVENTURES OF BARON MUNCHAUSEN, it would really show that the studio is catering to the die-hard film geeks along with the general public. Like PLEASANTVILLE is one title that i think would look great on Blu-Ray.

But the one New Line title I want to see above all is THE NEW WORLD. I'm a big Terrence Malick fan, and his movies really cater to the Blu-Ray format. His movies are so visually awesome and have this otherworldly tone that's indescribable.

If they could announce THE NEW WORLD alongside LOTR and Austin Powers, then I'll be a fan for life for New Line.

I don't care too much for LOTR, but I'd like to see Nightmare on Elm Street on BD.
