Was fairly impressed with this and thought maybe some of you might want to add one to your theaters as well since I got it on clearance on their website for only 12.99. An amazingly good deal, and it's well made with chromed metal movie reel and glow in the dark hands/numbers so you can see while watching a late night movie! :-) I thought it beat the heck out of spending 29.99 for one of those movie reels that nail up and don't even offer you something like a built-in clock.

How is it for noise? A clock in the HT would be nice, but I'd hate to be distracted by "tick tick" during a quiet, tense scene. I know some cheaper wall clocks can be guilty of this...

No problem on the heads up!

As far as noise goes, the clock is absolutely quiet as far as I can tell.

mine got here today. this is a great clock pretty thick metal and heavier than i thought it would be

sweet, congrats! yeah, the thing is hefty for sure....not what you'd expect for something costing 12.99. lol they packed the heck out of mine too, tons of bubble wrap, double boxed etc. amazing they even made money on the deal with all those packing materials!

thanks for posting this, but it's like a gateway, now I need a clapboard and some real film reels, maybe a full size popcorn machine, some of the old tripod set lights
