So I purchased an onkyo nr676 reciever also bought a Polk audio psw108 sub
I'm using some Sony speakers I had from a htib kit..
They seem to work fine. For now

So I have a geforce gtx 980 ti I've got my hdmi cable to the PC connection
On the the rear of the onkyo.. I have movies on my PC Netflix etc..
Sounds awesome it plays it in Dolby surround or dts...

Now music like spotify or like world of warcraft my game it will go to pcm.
I'm guessing this is normal. Do I need an Asus sound card..
I don't think way to get wow in dts correct..?

I'm happy with the unit and I look forward to building an awesome theater system with it

Just kind. Of curious about pcm stuff
