Greetings,
I noticed you have a Circle surround component. I'm curious as to what purpose you still use this for?

You have the same processor as myself. Do you not feel it does a very good job of 6.1, 7.1 surround modes?

I myself came from a EAD ovation 8 modded from Boelen electronics and found the 885p every bit as good or better (except for 2channel analog)and the EAD was one of the best processors in the world for it's time.

I still use it for DVD's that are EX and non EX encoded. I think the circlesurrounds EX steering is better than Dolby EX and Dts ES circuits. The fact that it works effectively with ANY 5.1 source, just adds value. I also use it on ocassion to matrix 2 channel source into 5.1, and it is REALLY good at that, better than PLII to these ears.
