After shipping being delayed 2 times, I finally got my Park & Recs in. I also contacted them 2 days in a row about the delays and got $5 GCs both time for my troubles. Better than nothing.

I wonder if it's worth the bother on my end. I'm still waiting for mine to come in stock. Maybe I ought to try for an inconvenience credit. The last time a DVD series took THIS long to get to me was my Psych: Complete Series set. And considering how much it's going for now, getting it for $65 when I did was worth waiting for.

Grabbed The Parks & Rec. along with a Trivium CD for $31. Had $5 credit from Bing searches. Can't beat that.

Now i just have to hope it ships out at some point.

I placed the order on the 6th and I can't recall any of my Amazon orders taking this long.
If this was another unnamed retailer, they would have cancelled the order by now, put the item back in stock and charge a higher price.

I just got an e-mail from Amazon, it looks like there is finally some action on my order. I ordered The Office and Parks and Recreation on the 6th. Looks like The Office is on the verge of being shipped out and will arrive sometime between and 2nd and 7th. No movement on Parks and Recreation.

I get paid on the 28th. If my order holds out least until the 28th when my money is there, I'll be fine. But Parks & Rec's a total blind buy I am hoping will be good for the price. Even at near $4/season, it's definitely a steal.

Parks and Rec is one of the greatest comedies ever produced. S1 is a bit rough but S2 things start to get great .

I got an e-mail today that has a delivery range or Thursday, March 16, 2017 - Saturday, March 25, 2017.

My Office Complete Series set will be shipped out tomorrow.

I got an update on mine. 3/15 to 3/22 ETA. But they also dropped the price down and gave it an ETA of 1-3 weeks...alas, with how Amazon works, they won't reduce the price on any pending order if it isn't a pre-order =/.

I contacted them about the prices and how the items haven't been shipped out yet, but if you were to place the same exact items, the prices would be cheaper and the time for shipping would be faster. They rejected it.
With the exception of TVs purchased prior to February 7, 2017, they don’t offer price adjustments.

Looking back at it, I probably should have taken a chance with BestBuy.com and hoped they price matched both sets. I'm sure if I did, they would have arrived by now.

Not offering price adjustments is one big flaw with Amazon. Target and BB do it, even online. And Amazon can definitely afford to do adjustments by a few bucks easily.

TVs shouldn't be the only exception. Pretty much any big electronic should be. Because trying to ship it back would be costly and the price difference at that point wouldn't be worth re-buying.

I got in a chat argument with Amazon about that two days ago. I did a chat, asking for an adjustment and was shot down. Fine. I would have accepted that. I submitted a poor survey, and got a pop-up saying "give us a chance to make this right. Click here for chat." So I clicked it, thinking I would get somebody higher up. NOPE! Another person from India who gave me the same canned response. That pissed me off, cuz they lured me in, thinking that I'd get a supervisor. How is that a "chance to make things right"? I submitted another bad survey. Got the SAME pop-up about making things right again, but ignored it that time...
