This thread is for people who only pre-ordered either an Xbox Series X/S or PS5 through Amazon. Any region.

Where I live, Canada. Amazon doesn’t show Pre-Ordered next to the item. It also doesn’t show a Release Date.

My question is,

Does anyone have a Pre-order for either Xbox SS/SX, or PS5 on Amazon with only these details,

Item not yet shipped

Yes/No

If so, when you click “Track Package” does it tell you “Order Received, We Will email you once we have an estimated delivery date.”

Yes/No

I pre ordered Xbox Series X from Amazon. I'm in the US. I received it today. I had a tracking delivery date(On Amazon) starting from about 2 weeks ago. I don't know if this info helps your situation.

I preordered mine from amazon and got it today, I'm in the process of installing games to it now, so far it's nice, but haven't actually played anything yet.
