Oh man the storage space sucks on this big time
Xbox Series S has 364GB of the 512GB SSD available for games/apps according to an early owner of the console (quite a few are getting them early). So basically, install Gears 5 and Call of Duty: Modern Warfare and you're done. https://www.reddit.com/r/XboxSeriesX...anada/gb0to1h/ |

Are there any comparisons for this and the X? I'd love to see how Valhalla runs on this compared to the X.

Digital Foundry posted a patch analysis video on AC Valhalla Patch 1.04. Now the Series S runs AC Valhalla at 60 fps with a dynamic res of 720p-1080p.

I have had my Series S (my first console ever) for several weeks now and I couldn't be more pleased.
I am a novice gamer so I'm playing games like Disneyland Adventures and Lego games to start, and I love the way they look and play. I have used up 88% of the available space, but I think that's because I downloaded a bunch of stuff just so I wouldn't forget - I'm really only playing 3-4 games, DLA being the main one. I will definitely delete the Game Pass games I'm finished with, but have bought several games so I may have to get external storage at some point. Anyway, I'm really enjoying the Series S - it's doing everything I want and then some (I've never had a dedicated app box ie/ to watch Disney+, and this has made my life so much easier!) ![]() |

Anyone have an S that can comment on how well it works with streaming apps, most notably Dolby Vision content? "Unfortunately I'm not satisfied with the processor in my TV as far as streaming apps go and had an Nvidia Shield for a bit before returning it; it worked well, but debating on spending an additional $150 to get a Series S and have an extra gaming system out of it as well.
