Multi-Format (Blu-Ray quality question)

Greetings, everyone. My question is about multi-format (sorry if it’s a noob question). Here are two quotes with links, one from Quora, one from Amazon disccussion.

"Multi-format" refers to all different Blu-ray formats (codecs).
Usually bluray movies are in M2ts codec, which need a HUGE space file size to fit in the bluray disk. Using this codec on a video (movie), is what we know as ‘Bluray disk’.
Bluray standalone players can handle other codecs: X264 (mp4 & mkv), and Xvid/Divx (avi). All of them can play the movie in a similar quality, but using less file size space in disk (half or less). Producers take advantage to fill with new data, extra videos, music and others.
That’s the reason of lower prize.
In the end, If you have a movie in x264 (mp4) of 90 minutes in 1920x1080 at almost a quarter of file size space (12gb) of an original m2ts codec (50gb), you’ll never noticed the difference in quality. No one has an eye that good.
An inside wrapper indicates if your Blu-ray player may need to be upgraded with the latest firmware to play the disk. Is an easy procedure via the Blu-ray player's menu, but usually is not needed at all.

I did lots of searching and found this:
Short answer, what you see on the front/back is what you get.
"Multi Format" only refers to different ways you can view the original movie (blu ray, dvd, and digital of the full movie)

1. The movie will be labeled with the proper mark on the front cover AND the back if it includes things like a separate DVD, Digital copy, etc.
example: Blu-ray + DVD + Digital copy. (*Note* digital codes can only be redeemed ONCE if they are new)
2. You will CLEARLY see "DVD video" and/or "Blu-Ray" with the symbols on the back of the case near the bottom.
3. A pure Blu-ray movie will never have "DVD" labeled on the back, and vice versa.
4. Blu-ray discs often include digital enhancements, DVDs may include formatting options (regardless if it's called "multi-format") You can find this information on the Movie's page just above the review ratings on any movie on amazon. It'll say region, aspect ratio, etc.
5. If a multi-format is cheaper than Blu-ray, it is because the "Blu-ray edition" often includes a digital download code and may include additional special enhancements or features for the movie (see back of movie). A "multi-format" Movie will include what is labeled on the front/back, but will feature the ORIGINAL content with minor enhancements such as color, sound, screen size, etc. For example, a "mutli-format" Blu-ray of an old movie may have a square screen with boarders, while the "Blu-ray" edition will have a more polished film and actual wide screen. The actual film itself should be the same, one just has more features than the other.
6. Blu-Ray + DVD combo packs will ALWAYS feature a Blu-ray disc and a non-Blu-ray DVD disc with the full movie. (See Lilo and Stitch)
7. If you see "feature film" on the back of a case, this is referring to the full movie itself. (ex: Blu-ray Feature Film).

To recap:
* If it's on the front of the movie, that is what will be included.
* Blu-ray + DVD refers to a physical disc with the full movie for Blu-ray AND regular dvd (either separate or double-sided discs)
* Blu-ray + Digital refers to a Blu-ray disc and a download code. (regular DVD not included)
* "Multi-format" means that it includes additional ways of viewing the original movie (Blu-ray, dvd, and digital download), but may have fewer features than the "Blu-ray" edition such as extra scenes, true wide screen vs boarders, etc. It all depends on what year it was released. See Finding nemo to see the difference between "Blu-ray" (2016) and "multi-format" (2012).

My question is only about Blu-Ray disks in multi-format packages. Are they of the same quality as standalone Blu-Ray disks. Because when I see a phrase like “you’ll never notice the difference in quality” (from Quora answer), I start to worry. People who experienced same movie in both standalone Blu-Ray and multi-format Blu-Ray, could you please share your observations.
Once again, not interested in DVD/Digital download, only Blu-Ray. For instance will there be any difference in Blu-Ray quality between this
