Default YouChoose.net's High Def Campaign

Don't know if anyone has come across this yet. There is site called YouChoose.net that lets consumers "vote" on the next gen HiDef format: Blu-ray vs. HD-DVD. You have to create an account but you can cast your ballot. Right now Blu-ray is slightly losing. There seems to be lots of these voting sites popping up...but I went ahead and pledged for Blu!

Here is the link: http://www.youchoose.net/pledge/bluray_vs_hd_dvd

Come on folks, let's pull Blu into the lead.

EDIT: FYI... they ask for personnal info so this is not anonymous. But you can always give bogus info.

Yeah, I would give bogus information. If a lot of these sites are popping up, they could be there to harvest information. You could be looking at lots of SPAM and junk mail.

Default youchoose.net: BD>HDDVD

Has anyone seen the youchoose.net battle of the format evangelists? I've put my stamp on there to fight the good fight, but in case any of you are curious, here's a link:

http://www.youchoose.net/campaign/bluray_vs_hd_dvd#

Interesting to see the HDdvd camp represented there... they just need to get in touch with reality .

I'd love to vote, but can't be bothered to make another account.

This poll kills me!!! Red for Blu-Ray and Blue for HD-DVD.... what morons thought of that.

Even with a good sample, i'd still be weary of the results... very misleading.

It's like looking at one of those signs that say "yellow" but the font is red or "blue" and the font is green. I hate those things they hurt my head...

It took me no time at all. I made an account and commented.. but I found his Comparison b/t HD-DUD and BD to be HORRIBLY inaccurate. Not only does he claim BD is less resistant to fingerprints than HD-DVD, he also says Disney supports HD-DVD! I gave him a chart and told him to fix it but i doubt it will do anything.
This is the chart I used...

Its 65% bluray and 35% HDDVD, but someone needs to post some messages on there to fight off the FUD being posted there every day by HDDUD-ers, Pelase dont fight FUD with more FUD, fight FUD with FACTS!!!
