Edit: I did a live chat on the Arrow US website, and they created a ticket for me with customer support to obtain a corrected disc. Got mine and it's also not corrected. I don't believe there are corrected ones. I contacted Arrow and got the blow off as well. They certainly aren't the company they used to be!

I ordered direct, so I will report back if I have corrected disc. If not then I will contact them. Maybe ordering direct will have more clout. At least I can help get an answer.

I asked if a replacement was in the works on their "Giallo Sale" FB post yesterday and was told to send them a PM. I did, and their response was to suggest I join their mailing list to keep up to date with the latest releases...

I finished watching my set the other day, and I liked all 3 movies. The only thing is that I thought the delay was to fix a missing subtitle on the interview. It is still missing on mine, so I assume they didn't recall the old stock and just shipped them out anyways.

The message their support page sent me stated that they weren't aware of any replacement issue, which contrasts with what others have been told. Like I said before, feels like a blowoff from a company that used to care.

It doesn't really surprise me. Their quality control has really nosedived lately, and customer support is not surprisingly much the same as Zavvi — runaround responses most of the time.
