Nice! Iím going to use my 1kís for a dedicated 2ch setup when I move.

I know you want to move away from Audyssey but Iím tempted to unhook my Denon, bring over for you to test Audyssey limited to 500hz. Your entire soundstage will open up. Itís that good.

If I was shopping for something other than Audyssey I would look at Anthem with Arc. They donít recommend correction over 1500hz. Your Paradigms are very accurate flat speakers. I have a feeling XT32 isnít doing too much to the top end. It shouldnít anyway especially in your room.

Here's hoping Paradigm improved their newer speakers since that time.
Yeah it's all a matter of taste but I switched from Studios to Prestige and they blow them away. They are amazing and get constant good review.

It's not that its bad, it's that there's better out there. My soundstage is really open and it's not like it sounds bad, I just want different and the best I can get.

The Denon 4700-6700 looks like a game changer. It allows users to have different calibration presets so now users don’t have to send calibration settings to the AVR. They are now stored. The 6700 also allows 13 channels at half the price of the 8500.

Though, with only one semi HDMI 2.1 port it does gimp them a bit. That means a faster upgrade turn around just like when 4k ports first started being implemented.

So I finally installed more heights to round out a 7.2.4 setup. I wasn’t sure if I should place them as rear heights, I opted for a top middle. They are placed perfectly where my MPL is. Wow, just perfect. There really is a big difference from the 4 heights.

Thanks! Yours is great too. I had the older Paraigm Monitor line. Was hard giving them up!
