Busy day here. My quad needed a new battery so I went to my local powersports store and got a new one. It's crazy how little batteries for ATVs cost just as much as ones for cars...if not more heh. Cost me almost $150 but at least it will be ready for winter. I also got a slightly more powerful one with higher cranking amps which will help with the plow operation. Installing the battery is not an easy process so it was quite tedious but we got it done!

Pressured washed the quad and two cars. Got my replacement copy of Friday the 13th boxset (which is really sweet), and this one came with no damage. Dropped off the damaged copy at Fedex and now I'll be watching the films over the next few weeks.

Just got back from a short but plenty eventful 3 day trip to Virginia, to meet my brother and his family for a couple farm days. Kinda ironic they drive 8+hrs every year to pick apples and pumpkins as well as walk through a corn maze when they live in rural NYS where there's plenty of U-PICK farms available, but whatever its a tradition thing for the kids. It was nice to see them all, my nieces and nephew have all grown so much since the last time I saw them. My brother was lucky enough to arrange some time off work and was kind enough to ride back to KY with me to help me settle my late fiancee's estate.

Unfortunately I'm now heading to bed for work in the morning since my employer denied my bereavement leave since my fiancee and I weren't married yet thus not really family related. Like it matters a loss is a loss, I've known people take bereavement leave for their dog passing away for crying out loud, oh well I could probably fight this decision but opted against it since it gets me out of the apartment and keeps me busy.

Drinking coffee and watching some YouTube this morning. My brother's visiting from NY to help with the my Love's funeral arrangements this week so I took a sick day from work, to hang out with him. His visit came at the right time since my emotions have been all over the place this weekend. I'm hoping once the legalities are in place I can finally find some closure.

Looking for a horror movie from my movie channels to watch.

I just took an unintended nap while watching Operation Finale. This is my first time seeing it since the theater. I'm about an hour in and I'll see if i can make it to the end. Today was a shorter day at my second job than planned but I still worked 15+ hours yesterday so I'm pretty tired. I did 4am to 12:30pm at the post office and then 2pm to 9:45pm at the restaurant, and then I was back to the post office at 4am this morning.

Tomorrow is only my second complete day off since August 12th and my first complete day off since the Labor Day holiday back in early September. I'm not sure what I'm going to do tomorrow but hopefully I'll make the most of the day off

I have to go to a local Indian Reservation for a photo shoot.

We're selling this "elk" sweater but all the images the last photographer took have the model folding his arms in front of the elk on the sweater. The point of the sweater....is the elk.....if the elk is covered....the shot is blown.
