The progress of the HDR10 + format is really very slow.

Much slower than Dolby Vision... Which itself got off to a very slow start.

I bought a new Sony TV XH90, I did well or it will win HDR10+ for future? I have around 39 movies UHD 4K full (70-90GB movie) and from my library 4 movies with HDR10+ only.
note: I don't have a TV yet but I'm waiting for stock

To be honest, I don't have neither 4K Blu-ray's nor 4K Blu-ray player but I know it because I have them in my digital collection on web's app and I saw those Blu-ray's in my friend's house who has 4K Blu-ray player. But if you can answer me, I won recently a 4K TV SAMSUNG with HDR and I have a Blu-ray player PHILIPS. If I buy a Blu-ray with brand new 4K scans on the picture it will be similar with a 4K Blu-ray as it concerns with the picture quality?

Sorry, Sony is not supporting HDR10+ as it is a Samsung “product”. And they likely never will. Support for 10+ is limited to some Samsung TVs, some Panasonic’s and some Vizio’s. Some of those TV brands are only available in certain geographic areas.

On the other hand, many Sony tvs do have Dolbyvision, which is supported on certain 4K discs and many streaming options. Hundreds of titles. Mostly world wide support.

I think there is a mistake with this uhd blu-ray: https://www.blu-ray.com/movies/Man-o...lu-ray/231685/

I just checked and it's not HDR10+, it is regular HDR10/Dolby Vision only.

No problem. I was a little confused when I saw your BDInfo with information about HDR10+ so I checked my copy which was exactly the same size (for disc and movie, too - basically the same disc bit-by-bit) with two different BDInfo versions [latest Github's and DVDFab's] and there was no info about HDR10+ at all. I even demuxed the main stream and checked with MediaInfo

Huge thanks for this list btw.

Out of interest... Does your 4K disc release have the HDR10+ and Dolby Vision logos on the rear of the cover. Like this one:
