I don't think they've indicated an exact date, but I take the video's "coming soon" to mean by year's end (hopefully).

Kaze's FR/UK Blu-ray was fully uncut in the visuals so no doubt Discotek's used the same master and are editing the English audio tracks to fit.

Yessir. Japanese animators are masters at their craft of boob jigglage.

NLScavenger posted the Discotek trailer in the UK page:

While the DVD version came out a few weeks ago back in December, you can watch this trailer in full 1080p, so I'm keeping my fingers crossed that a blu will soon follow. I'm wondering if it'll actually have all three of those dubs for completist purposes. The back of the DVD case only says "US and UK unrated dubs", so it might just have the latter two, rather than also having the overly watered down version (as heard on the PS2/Xbox Street Fighter anniversary collection... I don't think this is the same as the PG-13 version, but it's been literally two decades since I watched that version)

Oh dear I actually didn't see it uncut until I found an, erm, "unofficial" release at a mom and pop video rental store around '98. I didn't realize until I saw it that also the US unrated version was cut.

Heh, I love me some KMFDM (and PIG). And having grown up on Manga Video tapes, that song is etched into my brain.

You'd think with Street Fighter V just being released it would have made a great cross-promotion.

I know, right?

Someone needs to fire their marketing guy. What could be the hold up?

How did I not hear about this? Was hoping for a redub using the current SF voice actors but I'm still hyped for this. Ken listening to Them Bones and Chun-Li and Vega duking it to KMFDM in HD! Also really hyped to watch it subbed, never watched the Japanese version all the way through.

Been absolutely ages since I've seen this, I've still got my official and not quite so official VHS copies upstairs. Only ever watched it in English though so thats the version I'm used to, probably one of the best dubs I've seen though (may be a bit biased due to nostalgia on that one)

Maybe they'll put it up for pre-order after the RS Discotek sale ends tomorrow.

It's still sealed. I'll wait for this before I decide to open it. If this is a better release then I'll sell the KAZE one.

KAZE one seems pretty definitive though. It's a remaster, it's the proper AR, and uncensored Japanese audio and video. Only thing that is censored is the English dub and generally no one prefers the English dub of animes anyway.
