They were announced in Sept 2021 but with no availability until Jan 2022 and stopped production again in March 2022 until August 2022. Pretty certain they will remain current for at least 2024 CEDIA announcement. Especially when they know nobody is nearing them in quality.

In addition to what sapiendut said, JVC has pretty much been on three-year cycle releases. The NX series lasted three years. The RS4/5/6XX series and models were pretty much the same projector outside of relatively minor changes for three years as firmware updates were much more complicated and less common as those units were not USB like the current.
