Who Am I is super nostalgic for me. This and Rush Hour were my introduction to Jackie Chan as a kid.

A Who am I release would be an instant buy.

I thought DM2 with WB was only for the US. I am still hoping for a better version, with better subtitles, to be released in the UK

It’s a while since I watched it but it’s a pretty decent Italian crime flick with a good cast. As it’s in the latter half of the seventies it maybe doesn’t have a feel of the early Di Leo’s but I still like it. From memory Barbara Bouchet plays an exotic dancer in a seedy club - she sports more of a frizzy perm (as seen on the cover of the blu ray). I’ve always hoped it would get a blu ray release - like the sound of the feature length documentary on Di Leo too. If 88 Films are listening how about a Maurizio Merli box set?

Really excited for this film to be released by 88Films, I probably rank it a lot higher than most JC fans. I have a soft spot for romantic comedies

You’re not alone. Gorgeous is one of the most rewatched JC films in my household. It’s light-hearted and sweet without being too silly, and the fights/stunts are incredible.

Gorgeous has an official listing up, so we know (barring delays) it'll be December, but I think Frank just said by year's end for both, so it could still be November at this point for Iceman, no?

If the delay is true (which won’t be confirmed until 88 do their Q4 release announcements) then I don’t mind it at all as there’s a lot coming this year and it just helps spread the cost a little bit

Picked up Killer Meteors, Half a Loaf and Hero in Fopp for £10 each. Whether this is a sign of an incoming sale or its just these few titles im not sure but they were full price in HMV.

Just setting the record straight- I've never leaked anything, nor will I. The recent Instagram post I made was approved beforehand by 88 Films.

Yes, ICEMAN, COMETH definitely has similarities to TME AFTER TIME but also winds up very different as you probably can imagine. Yuen Biao instead of Malcolm McDowell, more trench coats instead of tweed, and the Hong Kong film is a bit more action-oriented.

I was mainly referring to the Frank Djeng post about The Iceman Cometh. Your artwork teasers are brill, and only offer the briefest glimpse of what’s to come, and never just straight up reveal upcoming titles

I wonder if Gorgeous will include both cuts. I have the HK disc which is the longer version but some prefer the shorter international cut. I wouldn't have thought the longer edit was ever fully english dubbed.
