I have been trying to reset my password. My username is "jross1978". I have tried "reset my password" no end of times - I never get the reset email.

I have set up a new username on a different email account - username "jargon78". I never received the welcome email.

What on earth's going on? Please can someone help?

My email address does show it was changed under Settings or Site Preferences. Now it's a matter of time to see if I get any notices from any of my subscribed threads. I'm starting to think probably not since I didn't even receive the verification email, but at least I can log back in!

If anything, my user experience should be the same even though I continue to not get emails from Blu-ray.com.

I'll be sure to post back here if I get any Blu-ray.com emails from the Yahoo email address.

Hey everyone,

I recently registered and then waited for verification because I didn't receive an email. After a few days the message, that said I needed verification disappeared, so I assumed I was verified. I installed the app and tried to log in, but it said "Incorrect username or password". I tried to log in to the app with my email address instead of the username and it didn't work. Then I thought, that I might not have been verified, maybe that's the reason. Out of desperation I changed my account's email address. The message that stated I needed verification was back. On the other email address I also had not received an email. This time it was Tutanota instead of GMX. Since it didn't work I switched back to the GMX address. Now I am waiting for verification and still cannot log in to the app.
Can anyone please explain me, what is going on?

I'm trying different things. I commented in the thread I never commented on before and thinking because that's a new one for me, maybe I'll receive a notification for that one.

I also found a way to whitelist in Yahoo which I'll try...

How to Whitelist an Email in Yahoo

Open Yahoo Mail and log into your account.
Navigate to “Settings” then click “More Settings.”
Select “Filters” and hit “Add” to enter the email you’d like to whitelist.
Name the filter and add the email address.
Select to send all mail to “Inbox.”
Save your settings.
