Haven't seen these mentioned, but these if they were reasonably priced, and done well:

Dobie Gillis
Outer Limits (original)
Battlestar Galactica (original)
The Fugitive
The Invaders
Kung Fu
Millennium
Zatoichi
Damages
One Step Beyond
Science Fiction Theater

Wouldn't mind seeing the old 30s Buck Rogers and Flash Gordons given a Twilight Zone makeover...

Probably also Buffy and Angel and maybe even Dark Angel.

Oh, and The Avengers.

The Wire is about it since the DVDs are kind of bad so I never bought them. I feel like a lot of TV shows wouldn't be worth rebuying if I already had the DVD since they were never exactly attractive in the first place. Stuff like Buffy/Angel isn't exactly Game of Thrones with production values! I love them to death but don't feel like higher resolution would make much of a difference, especially with the 4:3 seasons. Also, apparently joss whedon said he didn't like the 16x9 dvds since the show was filmed with the intention of being cropped to 4x3 so the sides of the picture are often poorly framed.

I'm not sure what's going on with the sopranos but that certainly seems like a logical candidate to finish up if they re-released season 1 on bluray already.

I might rebuy the x-files if/when they remaster it. I recall reading that the effects for that show (and many others) were done after it was transferred down to broadcast resolution so if it's blown back up to HD the effects look astoundingly terrible. I know that with star trek TNG they had to do the same thing, and apparently they did a great job on the first season but the second was a rushjob by another studio and looks like crud. I can't really see them offering the same amount of care to all 9 seasons worth of the x-files, but hey. If they did, I'd probably rebuy them.

Batman: The Animated Series, Batman Beyond and Scrubs, please. Twin Peaks is due out this year so I can mentally tick that one off.

Here are a few just to begin with....

Starsky & Hutch
Miami Vice
The Pretender
Stargate SG-1
The Incredible Hulk
The Big Valley
Seaquest
Marcus Welby

If TV miniseries counted...

North and South
Centennial
Salem's Lot
Roots
Shogun
Thorn Birds

There are a lot of televised stuff that I would love to have. They'd be a day 1 buy for me should any of these show up.

Seinfeld

And I would probably buy The Wire and Curb Your Enthusiasm even though I can watch them any time I want with HBO Go.

Definitely Lexx. Farscape's Canadian/German lower budget sibling deserves blu-ray treatment.

Default Charlie's Angels

I would love to see Charlie's Angels on Blu-Ray, the HD version that is broadcast on my cable channel looks really good.
