Thanks Anurag. I suppose if you love doing something, it just turns out good. At the old house, i had to work with whatever room i had available. This time around, its custom home so i told my builder no bulk heads in the way. Anyways, for 1:85 or 16:9, this projector has motorized zoom focus and lens memory. I had to set it up initially then i just press a button on remote for each aspect ratio. You are right, i do get black bars but during movie watching i dont really notice them unless I'm looking for them. Blacks on the projector are not great but they are respectable for this price and features it comes with. Front of the room and half of the carpet being black helps. Havent thought about curtains.

It took me over 6 months to complete this project. From designing to sound proofing, building stage, wiring. It was a lot but i enjoyed it. I'm very passionate about this stuff.

Equipment List:

Epson Home Cinema 4000
Screen: 158" Sliver Ticket 2:35 Cinema Scope
Speakers: 7.1 Surround Sound. Polk Audio T50, Center Channel CSi A6(<--Best sound and dialog delivery. Absolutely love it)
Atmos: Klipsch RP-140SA
Receiver: Denon AVR- S730H
Media: JVC Bluray Player
Streaming Devide: Nvidia Shield TV
An absolute beauty, congratulations and well done. Wish you many many hours of enjoyment in your new haven. Love the custom build for the speakers and the overall regal feel. Lighting and display also looking great!! Send some screenshots while you have movies playing. The Epson PJ is a beast!

Thanks Bro.
Yes, Epson projector sure is a beast
definitely not one man job hanging it

I'm a fan of DLP but got tired of waiting for LED DLP.

Sure, i'll add more pics to the HT album.

If anyone of you guys in Toronto or Hamilton area and want to see it in person, you are more than welcome to stop by
