Are you going to have a average size TV in another room, in case you just want to watch regular TV shows and other network programming on a smaller screen?

No we have no other TV and have not been using for several years we watch everything on the projector. It's bulbs last pretty long and are cheap. In the first year we used about 1000 hours and it's rated for 3500 in high mode and we use eco. A new bulb is only 1300 sek here in Sweden (that's $120 including our 25% sales tax) the only other screen we have is a 32" computer screen in the home office, I do most of my gaming on that.

Wow, practically watching everything on a gigantic projection screen can be overwhelming sometimes because, typically projection screens (especially that size) are used specifically for movies. I couldn't do it!

We though so in the beginning to and for the first years we had a TV behind a roll down screen we soon realized that we had not started the TV for a year. We watch lots of documentary and such on it too. But we never sitt down to watch "regular" TV

Nice and clean, I like it!

OP, may I ask the dimensions for your room please?

Would love to do something similar in my space.

Thanks!

Hello

The room is 4,1x6 meters. we have about 3,8 meters between eyes and screen. I would have liked to place everything the other way and not have the sofa up against the wall but non of the walls is wide enough for the screen.
