Actually, it is the Hong Kong release. My mistake was the first language option was japanese. Sorry for the confusion
I received my copy of SADAKO 2 last week.

From today:

https://imgur.com/a/dpnPt60

One on left is The Childs Eye and on right is The Second Sight with 3am parts 1 and 2 at the bottom. Primarily wanted Universal Soldier Day of Reckoning but thought to pick up the others "to save on shipping." Ha!

Last night, The Great Gatsby. 3D was amazeballs. However, brain went into overload with some of the anachronistic party scenes of 20's characters raving to club/hiphop music. Also I know Tobey McGuire has done some good work, but in this one I was like why is Peter Parker in this movie and when does he change into Spider Man? If nothing else this movie is a feast for the eyes. Thanks for reccing it!

Very good 3d with a nice assortment of popouts and good depth. Its been years since I saw Ringu so don't know how to compare the two productions, however, I will say this one held my attention till the end.

Highly recommended.
I saw this one in the cinema back in 2012 when I was living in Hong Kong. I remember it being a silly film that had very little in common with the original Ringu films, but the 3D was fun. I do own it on 3D BluRay (and the sequel) but haven't yet revisited it.

I'm keen to hear your thoughts on Pengi and Sommi, the South Korean 3D penguin documentary. I've been hovering over that one for a while. I read somewhere that it used footage from the Attenborough documentary, which put me off, but further research suggests that's wrong and that it's a completely separate original production.

I recently watched:

- Wonder Woman: Revisiting this one in readiness for checking out the sequel next weekend. Good film with good 3D.

- Chicken Little: This surpassed my (rather low) expectations, both in terms of the 3D and the film itself. The film made me chuckle and the 3D was nicely done. There were even a couple of fun pop-outs.

- Dolphin Tale: A sweet little film and I'd be lying if I didn't get a little bit teary-eyed during the final montage. For the most part the 3D was unremarkable but it was always obvious and there were some very good underwater sequences. The best 3D is in the opening scenes.

Bought this one years ago from fry's for $1 before I had 3D set up, didn't really care for it. so I sold it for $1... regretted it since I went 3D, finally found a used copy for a decent price, as now for some reason the price is escalating...

I also thought it had elements from another pic but was mistaken. Unfortunately I have the dreaded Queue Backup but hope to get to it soon...

I just purchased the german edition which is still going for the great price of £8.96. Got it trough amazon UK, and it showed as being the last copy, but amazon germany still has some available.
Surprised I never heard about this one, or at least donít remember. But hey, there is always time to find a forgotten gem. Thanks for bringing it to my attention.

Purchased the hidden 3D .

Though I know the movie itself got poor reviews I noticed many also acknowledged the 3d was excellent.

I need to start paying for attention to this thread. Another 3D movie I did not own. Was able to snag a brand new copy for £9.99. Apparently the 3D is worth it.

Rewatched Captain America the Winter Soldier last night. Still one of the MCU's best imo and the 3d is still solid even if there are a few shots that are completely flat.

Hi grazina

I actually got a used copy total for 15 dollars and change. Would say 75 percent of that was the cost of shipping to the U.S.

From buyoyo.com received the animated Monkey King Uproar in Heaven, Sleepwalker, and Stay with Me. Last two are not english friendly, but looks like there a mux for Sleepwalker so thank you for posting that. Never set up a mux before, so might be a good tech challenge for me. Stay with Me I think I can appreciate without words.

Hope everyone had a rocking May 4th and a solemn dignified Cinco so far!
