I've read Apple plans to release higher quality content on Apple Music.

It's suggested this will happen May 18th.

It's possible or likely this will come with enhanced audio capabilities for apple products and software because currently getting 96Khz from iOS requires third party software and getting 96Khz from TVOS is currently impossible.

While the special announcement was cancelled, Apple music does feature lossless and sometimes ATMOS audio now.

I’ve been checking out some of the Atmos albums and some of them really pop, especially The Weeknd (I Feel It Coming sounds great on my AirPods Pro). Apparently the people in the iOS 15 beta are saying that head tracking for spatial audio does work on that. I guess the rest of us are a few months away on that.

I just bought a Dragonfly Red DAC to get the most out of my headphones with Apple Music

Even the HomePod sounds better with the upgrade. Very happy with what Apple is doing here.

I played Chevelle’s North Corridor and saw that it’s now lossless. Excellent!
I hope that more of my collection has been upgraded too!

Some albums I love like Same Trailer Different Park are available.

What I've heard of the Atmos music sounds great !

On Apple TV be sure to check that lossless is checked in music settings.

I was already paying for Apple Music for my kids but now I use it a lot more.

As I play more music from my phone, I see that more and more of it is now lossless.
If I notice any of it is now Atmos, I’ll make sure to check it out when I’m back home.

On disc, the only one I have that is Atmos is INXS’s Kick and it is great!
If these new upmixes sound anything like that, I’m totally psyched!

Last night I listened to P!nk's The Truth about Love which has been upgraded to lossless. One track, Walk of Shame, had been edited of the swears. There aren't many. Weird that it was on that track, but swears on other songs weren't edited.

I'm gonna guess that there's gonna be a lot more albums that may get upgraded and be edited.
Does anyone know how I can get the originally albums that I bought?
Not that I'm a fan of swearing, I just want albums that are the Artists orginal intent.

Yeah, this happened. Like it is said on Apple music, the music is of a higher quality. To be sincere, I didn't feel the difference in quality. This is sad. I had listened to music on apple music for many years in a row. I got to the point where I was bothered by the quality. I was disappointed that I paid so much money to listen to the music of such quality. I noticed that my princes listen to much higher quality music that is not downloaded from apple music. They told me that they were using an online and free convertor to download music. Instantly I started to get interested and use it too. Now, via https://coconvert.com/youtube-wav-converter.html, I convert my music from YouTube to WAV format. It is much better. Happy that I found this website.

Nothing about digital music streaming/downloads is Hi-Fi. Neither is Apple. it's all garbage.
