Default Moviepostershop.com

I'd like to start displaying movie posters alongside my collection to really spice up my entertainment room.

I'm looking at a few online retailers, and moviepostershop.com is always one of the first results shown on google.

Does anyone have any experience ordering from them? And if not, or if you don't like them, do you have other recommendations?

This has probably been asked at some point before in another thread, but I don't see it anywhere.

I ordered from them but it was many years ago, I think like 2004-2007 one of those years and it was great. Everything was shipped very protected, I haven’t ordered since then simply because I have too many posters but I’m assuming they still offer great service.

Avoid like the plague, they're infamous for selling reprint posters...poor quality reprints at that.

Use regal rewards for posters (if you go to the movies) or eBay. Look for those labelled as original. Reprints are usually terrible quality.

Movieposter.com is the place to go, you're going to pay more than ebay but you know you're getting a real poster and one that's packaged safely.

I agree, avoid MoviePosterShop. I've been in the original poster industry for nearly 30 years, any questions people have, feel free to private message me.

Yeah, avoid moviepostershop. Like others have said. I have loads of posters, both originals and reprints, and sometimes reprints can be very good depending on who you buy from (also cheaper when money is tight) and this shop is not a good one. I bought 2 from them. One was dull in colour and blurry and arrived screwed up and damaged. The other was all wrong in terms of proportions. The image all stretched and squeezed. Avoid at all costs. You'll only end up needing a refund. Well, at least I did.

Movieposter.com is much much better. You can get originals and reprints. 2 reprints I got from them were excellent quality and as good as originals. Correct proportions, detail and colour. Other than that I've used Ebay a lot or I just google the actual poster I am looking for and see which original poster dealer on line has one and compare prices. It all depends on what you want to spend.
