Don't think so. I'd say these are regular plate holders, but they'll do the job.

Depending on where you plan on displaying them you might want to get some that look decent... I use Franklin Mint plate holders made of wood...

WARNING!!!

I bought some of these and they are too small for SteelBooks or even regular DVD. They may work for CDs, but don't buy them for SteelBooks.

Try "decorative plate holder" or "decorative plate stand" or remove decorative from either one and search that way as well. These stands are traditionally meant to display decorative plates.

Hope this helps.

This has been asked before. Go to a dollar store, or the UK version of it, and buy picture frame stands. They work perfectly.

Default SteelBook Stands

Maybe this can be made an official thread. I had a hard time finding good solid links. Some weren't in English, some weren't even working links anymore, etc.

Anyway, I found a link to these buried in a thread from a while back and decided to give them a try.

http://www.riogrande.com:80/MemberAr...ree_text=easel

They come in a pack of 12 for $9.05 - I decided to order 2 packs making the price $8.25 a pack. I paid a grand total of $23.86, $16.50 for the 24 stands and $7.36 for UPS ground shipping. At just under a $1 a piece, I feel it's a good deal and they work great. Sorry the pics aren't the greatest but I hope this gives a better idea to those of you looking for a good SB stand.

The two pieces...

They are full adjustable, fit the bigger steels like Monster, Inc. with no problem You can also place them two different ways. One side has a flat back and the other has a slanted back. In the pictures I have the MI standing up straight and the TNBC slanted. They're also very solid. It doesn't feel like the SB could slip out or fall over unless you were really rough on it.

As I said, I just had a hard time finding stands. I hope this helps those of you looking for a quality stand at what I feel is a great price.

They look good. I like how simple they are and the price seems reasonable. It's also very hard to make the Disney Steels look bad

Thanks man. That's what I was hoping for. It'd be cool to see different types of stands people use. It will also be a good reference for people looking to buy stands too.
