Received my replacement disc for the US GKids UE yesterday. Placed the order on December 23rd. I was sent a confirmation email on the 23rd but no shipping notice.

Received my Replacement Disc today. Ordered the 22nd and mailed on the 27th.
I just sent them a screenshot of my Rightstuf shipping invoice with the order number blurred. I’m curious if they are even actually checking them with how many disc they have to send out.

I just want to point out how awesome Shout! was about the whole replacement disc program. Sent them proofs of purchase for both sets that I ordered and they sent me two discs in about a week. In comparison to the Akira debacle (which took me like 4 months to get) and the Arrow situation with Donnie Darko (Currently in Month 3 of waiting for my replacement disc) this was easy and fast!

Shout is the absolute best when it comes to disc replacements in pretty much every experience I've had.

The other fastest was Universal surprisingly, though they don't send you any confirmation, it just shows up in the mail a week later.

I am thinking of doing the same thing and display it with other NGE merchandise.

I used the shout factory disc replacement application for the GKids UE and received the disc with no issues.

same here, i filled in the form on the 27th, got a confirmation email twice for some reason, but no shipping notice. i'm in canada so it'll probably take a few more days to come in the mail

I got an email today from Disc Shipment telling me that Shout would be handling all NGE replacements - so I went to their site and they aren't offering any international shipping options. So it seems like international customers who ordered the NA set are SOL? NLScavenger - where did you see that discshipment is handling these replacements?

Usually Discshipment handles Shout Factory's replacement programs for international customers (pretty sure the site is owned by Shout too). I incorrectly assumed that they would be handling NGE as well.

iirc Shout Factory's replacement form is connected to their webshop which doesn't ship internationally, so that's why international replacements are usually handled separately.

I've almost maxed out all my media cabinets, 6 total, and don't have the room for any more. I found a model that will fit in the same space as 4 of my current ones, but taller with more shelves.
