Disc 05 only has the Netflix dub (as well as the Japanese audio, obviously). I'm also pretty sure that the UE/CE exclusive ADV dub discs (i.e. Discs 07-11) don't have any bonus features to begin with, and those were the problem leading to the disc replacement program.

Question, did anyone receive a whole new E set when requesting a replacement disc? Ive heard Shout sent people whole sets and not just the replacement disc.

Well that happened to me too. I am thoroughly cofused on how this happened. Sending a whole set instead of one disc. First time Ive ever seen it.

I havent opened the replacement set they sent but Im hoping the actual fixed disc is in there. Im just perplexed on why they would send a brand new set instead of one disc. Someone messed up big time.

For those outside the US and Canada, I was adviced to send an e-mail to info@shoutfactory.com with my request. The response I got from the customer service was that they'll add it manually to the replacement program. Make sure you include your proof of purchase and shipping address. I'll come back here to report when I get my disc.

I submitted a replacement request using my Ultimate edition receipt, and they sent me the full limited edition set! I couldn't believe it. It still has the uncorrected disc, so I think I'll just grab the regular release on amazon and submit a new disc request, rather than push my luck on the original request.

Quite the glorious screw-up. I would live without the subtitles and keep the extra copy sealed for future financial gain. Though my replacement disc already came as is.

Have these all been from requests for the Ultimate edition?

I received only the one disc, and I ordered the UE so it’s not that.

This happened to me as well and I only bought the standard version from Barnes & Noble. I submitted my request this past Sunday and received the CE on Wednesday. I'm equally perplexed as some of the previous posters. Still missing the replacement disc as well but I'm not going to complain.

I got my replacement in the other day, and I’m trying to figure out what to do with my old disc. It has a perfectly fine copy of End of Eva (translations aside IMO).

I wonder if Anime Limited has any spare copies left for replacements? I received my UE set today and sadly, it was damaged. If they don't have any spare copies left, I'll return this and get the CE instead. Very disappointed with this.
