Default Ok idiot question time, if 24Hz is really 23.967hz then...

What are the exact timings for 50 and 60hz?

24 Hz is just in reference to 24 frames/second. So, timings would be 50Hz and 60Hz would just be 50 frames/second and 60 frames/second respectively.
Edit: Sorry, I misunderstood. I don't know the exact timings of 50 or 60 Hz but I do no that it should be less noticable the higher the frequency.

50 Hz is exactly 50 Hz.

60 Hz is actually 60/1.001 or 59.94 Hz.
