I read a little bit about PAL speed up, but this seems different. The Last Circus US Blu-Ray says the runtime is 101 mins, while Germany says 111 min, and France says 107 mins. Are they just wrong or are there different cuts or something? I've seen other examples of this but this is the most recent one I have seen.

101 min -> PAL ( 25 fps)
106/107 min -> NTSC ( 24 fps) (depending on distributors opening credits) The german one is wrong. ![]() |

The US, Spanish, German Blu-rays are all 105 minutes. |
