Default new BD player needed in UK. Specific requirements. Maybe LG BP450?

I have an expensive multi-region modded Samsung 3D machine. I also have a Philips multi-region DVD player with a defective remote control that I use to save some wear and tear on my BD player, and to bypass the surround sound when I don't need it. On account of the 3D being phased out, and various other things, I'm looking to extend my use to another BD machine in place of the Philips DVD player.
But I have some specific needs,if anyone has any idea about any machine that might fit the following, I'd be grateful.
  • Must be muti-region for DVDs, doesn't matter for BDs
  • Must have a coaxial audio output
  • Must have good DVD upscaling
  • Must be under 60
  • Must have an option to be set to output in SD formats, and to 4:3. I need to this to watch non-anamorphic 14:9/1.66:1 DVDs of which I have a few

also, the following would be good - One thing I like about the Philips DVD player is that it supports pretty much everything, including VCD playback. It would be good if it has a good range of format support such as VCD, Divx, MP4 files, etc. I can probably get around this, but it would help.
3D support would also be nice.

I was trying to see if there was anything suitable by Philips, but it doesn't look as if they're even making players anymore?

I found an LG BP450 online which looked quite promising and had good reviews, but I couldn't get concrete confirmation that DVD playback could be made all-region. I've not really found anything else as of yet.

ANy suggestions welcome

Eidolon have you tried craigs list, a boot market or the local supermarket electricals section?
