Default Veggie/Fruit smoothie recipes?

I drink at least one of them every day.

Great way to get your vitamins and minerals in one quick liquid meal.

I use my NutriBullet to make them, because I can't afford a high-end machine like a Vitamix.

I usually alternate between green smoothies and red smoothies...everything raw.

For green smoothies I put in some combination of the following, depending on what I've got in the fridge:

-kale/chard/collard greens
-broccoli
-cucumber
-avocado
-kiwi fruit
-blueberries
-banana
-chia seeds
-maca powder
-fresh ginger
-almond or coconut milk
-kombucha

For red smoothies it's usually the following:
-one raw beet
-one raw carrot
-one red bell pepper
-raspberries
-tangerine
-banana
-chia seeds
-fresh ginger
-maca powder
-almond or coconut milk
-kombucha

Neither of these taste great exactly, but every thing in them is incredibly healthy and pure.

They change your life.

Anyone have their own recipes?

I tried to save you fast food-loving godless heathens from your inevitable horrifying gastrointestinal and/or physiological fates.

I did what I could.

I fought the good fight.

Forgive them lord...for they know not what they do.

Not anymore.

It's the ultimate tragedy.

...seeing as how recreational weed is now legal in my state.

I don't use a particular formula when making a smoothie I just use whatever I have available and throw it in the blender along with some Gatorade and protein powder.

The recipe of your "Fruit smoothie" is impressive, a bit complicated. It may be easier: a banana, a cat lover, a passion fruit, an apple, honey, and some milk or natural yogurt.

Blueberry and Banana smoothie, I honestly prefer using strawberry but I am running out of fruits.

1⁄2 cup of blueberries
1 banana
1 tablespoon of lime/lemon juice
1 tablespoon of sugar (optional)
1/3 cup of milk
1 cup of crushed ice

Let's be honest. There's two parts to your "recipes" that were guaranteed to make people lose interest.

1. It's a list of ingredients, not a recipe.
2. You admit that neither one of them tastes good.

There's plenty of recipes out there that actually DO taste good. I got a feeling people that are interested will go with those ones.

A friend of mine told me that you have to use plant-based milk like almond or coconut milk in making a veggie/fruit smoothie because it helps on absorbing the nutrients of the smoothie.
