Cruel World claims to have CC on the back cover, but CC isn't listed as a feature on dvdprofiler so it's probably a lie or error. I can't ever get CC work on my set-up, so I can't confirm either way.
I have some old dvds from them that have CC, but none with subs.

I've had review copies for both Senseless and Immortality since last week, but haven't really given them a look yet as to their quality. The back covers list 2.0 audio for both discs, however. Both do list a behind-the-scenes featurette on the back.

I'm totally in for Jersey Girl, as well as for Teaching Mrs. Tingle. Jersey Girl is actually one of my wish list titles!

Hopefully Phantoms gets a release soon.

For anyone who lives in the chicagoland area: I just went to Best Buy and had an employee do an RSS lookup. The Burbank store shows them currently having the exclusives in stock and the Crestwood store shows them on order. Hopefully Crestwood will have these out tomorrow.

It was released as part of a triple feature. Who knows if it will get an individual release in the future.

They re-rereleased eXistenZ on it's own so who knows..sadly I think the single movie release was also crappy 60i :/

Where exactly are you guys seeing that Best Buy will have The Grifters tomorrow? Their website has a release date of 5/7 too. Are you sure they will have this, and those other titles tomorrow?

Senseless

It has a 2.0 DTS-HD MA soundtrack, dropping the 5.1 surround mix of the DVD. Oddly, Echo Bridge did find a short featurette that was definitely not on the original, barebones DVD by Disney. It's probably of Canadian origin. No subtitles of any kind. 1:78:1 aspect ratio

Immortality

A 2.0 DTS-HD MA soundtrack once again, dropping the original 5.1 surround mix of the DVD. One brief featurette that was on the Disney DVD has been retained by EB. No subtitles of any kind. 1:85 aspect ratio

I could go into more detail based on very cursory views of the transfers, but that would probably breach my professional reviewing obligations to another website.

The BBY web site appears to be currently showing stores which will have them in stock tomorrow. It currently shows that it's "Backordered: usually ships in 1-2 weeks" for online orders.

It will be in stock for the Colorado Springs stores as it shows "pick up 01/27/2013". Unfortunately, in my state it shows my local BBY will not have them as it's listed as "unavailable".

BBY get your act together. I wish I was still living in Colorado Springs as those stores always seemed to have their act together.

I'm most intrigued about Dragon Lord to be honest. I can't seem to find a thread or any info about it. Do you reckon this will just be another upscale of a Jackie Chan film like all the rest of them? (bar the Japanese Police Story)
