I really doubt (though would love) for the SW Blurays to have codes but think if the do then there is no double sale for some people. some folks want Digital for ease...some want bluray for quality and some want both. I could see codes coming after a few years when they have sold a lot of digital copies and blurays already.

i just try to evaluate the situation, try to figure out if something would be possible.I have been wrong...like I bought Whiplash when it dropped to $10 figuring that would be the lowest this year....it was recently $7-8. I also jumped on Mad Max Fury Road for $10, again figuring it wouldn't be lower this year (it is a BIG release movie and they can get people at $15-20 easy enough). Who knows, they might drop that one lower.

for Star Wars, that is breed all its own.

now, I would love a good Indy Bundle Sale $40 = $10 per movie but that last one is not terrific...$20-30 for me on that bundle is a deal i could go for.

I got lucky and had someone sell me the first 3 for $9 in HD for iTunes back when it was released. I would like the last one for my collection, but it's not a necessity. I'm pretty certain we will see significant sales on Black Friday for the bundles

I ordered from Staples last time with InStore pickup. I ordered on Monday and it arrived at the store on Sunday. I went to the Store on Tues/Wednesday and they didn't have it anywhere. They had to call, cancel the order then run me a card in store for the same discounted price. it was a hassle...I said never again, though I did just order a $50 card yesteray and will see how long. As of this morning it was still processing it...and today (like yesterday) their site seems to be down...

Thanks, I think I will hold off on the current Staples deal and wait for the next ebay/PP 25% or higher discount. I still have a lot left from the $200 in GCs I got from the last 20% Staples sale not too long ago, but I think I might need a little more to stock up for any holiday sales. But that's still a few months away.

Really? That's odd that the sale would end on Tuesday. I just assumed that the sale would last until the end of the week (Sat). I think their last 20% off sale this past month or last ended on a Sat (I placed an order on the last day of the sale that time).

Are the dates for the sale price on the site somewhere?

It's not a big deal for me anyway since I'm just going to wait and hope for a 25% off deal on ebay again. But it would be good to know what the regular sales/promo cycle is for their deals. Is it typically Wed-Tues? Or Sun-Sat?

This was a "daily deal" that happened to go live before the promo email came out. As such it was a short window.

BTW, you may want to check your CC statements. During their last 20% sale, about a month ago, they charged me the extra $1.99 fee they sometimes add to their GCs even though it said the fee was already included on the item.

I ordered two cards during that sale and they charged me the fee on one but not the other. I called their CS and they fixed it for me, but still, if I hadn't noticed it I would've been overcharged so you may just want to double check your CC statements.

If anyone is still having Wish List "blank screen" errors, it looks like they are fixing them in waves as mine returned today and I can see everything again.

It may help to speed things up I've read if you sign out of your Apple ID in iTunes and then sign back in again.
