Just had a quick look and have nearly 100 titles that it is saying are not available (but will have a proper look when I get home. I don't get why with some TV series you have to migrate each episode individually, where others will migrate as a whole series.
What I don't understand that there are a large number of the titles that are showing as not available, but when you search in Google Play they are actually showing for sale - I may have to go through each of these to confirm and take it up with Flixster to see why. |

I have only "purchased" free movies and TV shows from Google Play, but I assume they count as purchases, meaning my account wouldn't be eligible? |

Got 262 Titles on my German flixster account, 109 didn't port! That is really disappointing. I knew, that some titles with different distributers in different countries would not port, but that is quite a number, even Warner, Sony and Fox titles, that are available - but google says "not available".

I have 53 titles and 4 will apparently not port over to GP according to Flixster.
Gotham S1 Percy Jackson: Sea of Monsters The Monuments Men Top Gear: The Perfect Road Trip So these 2 highlighted titles that were highlighted above. Flixster tells me that they are not available at all now because it apparently it is not available for Google Play. But I have checked the GP store from Ireland & they both available for sale from Google Play for €3.49 as a rental price & €12.99 for a download. What gives Flixster? I will report back soon if anything else happens. |

Well most of them ported over with relative ease. It took me 30 minutes to port most of my Flixster Video library to Google Play. I now have a total of 54 titles in my Google Play library through the website or through the app which is not too bad. I have opened up a support ticket to wbdigitalsupport about Percy Jackson Sea of Monsters & The Monuments Men not porting over from Flixster Video to Google Play. I hope that I will get a response from them very soon. Although I have to contend with watching Gotham S1 & Top Gear The Perfect Road Trip in my free time via physical copies only. I have no way to port them over to Google Play at all as it does not provides sales or support for TV shows in my country. Oh well. What a disappointment.

Migrated everything I could across. Only a few titles that wouldn’t port:
2 Guns Blow (not available on Google Play at all, so fair enough) Dawn of the Planet of the Apes Deadpool The Magnificent Seven (2016) The Martian + Extended Kingsman: The Secret Service The Revenant The Internship The Peanuts Movie The Secret Life of Walter Mitty The Wolf of Wall Street The Wolverine X-Men: Days of Future Past. A lot of those are Fox. 2 Guns and Mag 7 are weird Sony outliers. Not sure what the go is for Wolf of Wall Street, which is Warner (Roadshow in Oz). Interestingly, I used another code for Deadpool from another copy I own, and it redeemed straight to Google Play. Dawn is another one I already had on Google Play because I got another code with the 4K. As for the rest, guess I’ll have to live with it. Other hiccups included migrating the wrong movie - Passengers (2016) redeemed as Passengers (2008), and one of The Hobbit movies redeemed as another Hobbit movie. I’ve emailed about this but haven’t heard back. |

Flixster says only one (Inception) of my 51 movies will migrate. Since Inception is already MA, this use-Flixster-to-transfer-UV-titles-to-Google-Play thing has proved to be nonstarter for me (in the U.S.).

Canuck here. Has anyone determined whether generated Google Play codes can be sold and successfully redeemed by others? I have a number of Flixster titles already in my Google Play account thanks to MoviesAnywhere so don't need to migrate them.
From what I've read, I gather that if the above *does* work it would only work for Google Play Canada and not other countries? Thank you kindly! ![]() |

To test I generated a code for 10,000 B.C. and redeemed it into a newly created UK Google Play account; however I believe that they would only be redeemable by someone with the same locality (UK Flixster -> UK Google, Canadian Flixster -> Canadian Google). I've begun generating codes for all my duplicate MA titles from my Flixster UK account and have begun posting them in the Buy, Sell, Trade forum. |

I only had about 20 to migrate and that was annoying enough having to individually verify each one which opened a tab, etc., etc.
But now I have them all in Googly Play so that's a plus and worth the small trouble (relatively speaking). |

Hello again:
Thought people might like to know that I’ve heard back from WB/Flixster support (I submitted a ticket regarding the three Season Five Breaking Bad episodes which were unavailable to migrate) and the response suggested to me problems like these may be oversights with solutions potentially incoming (as opposed to permanent and deliberate problems due to licensing): Hi, we understand how this can be an inconvenience. We are currently researching the issue you have reported and will contact you soon with further support. |

Thanks for mentioning it, I did look at that but opted to create a "fresh" account that I can hopefully switch to U.S. in a year and connect to my family share. Others may not have been aware of that option though, so thank you.
