My order from Kino Lorber arrived about 10 days ago, but was short Career Opportunities, not sure if it's worth waiting (it seems to be in stock)? or sending what's there and leaving Career Opportunities in my locker when it finally arrives.

I'm using Stackry for the first time and just wondered what others here usually do regarding the "Customs information" section. Am I supposed to list each blu-ray with its value or is "Blu-rays" with a total value acceptable?
I asked Stackry and they said the description is up to me... which doesn't really help! I haven't imported anything for years and I don't want to have to bother customs in the UK unnecessarily when I'm sure they've got more pressing things to worry about than potentially charging me any additional fees! :P |

Remember to keep the total declared value under $160, even if you have to lie a touch. If the true value is say, £200, and you declare it truthfully, you can expect a £40-50 bill on arrival in the UK.
Though you should weigh this up with the small chance of the box being lost in transit as Stackry will only cover up to the declared value. |

Thankfully the BD was in the box and I think the orders complete, I'll double check, but I'm pleased. I could have had the package a month ago, but I wasn't in a huge rush. |

Stackry shipped a package to me on Monday and it arrived today, five days later, which is a new best.
If any first/timers want to use Stackry and fancy $10 off, PM me for a referral code. |

I've had DHL packages stuck at one status or another, usually means it's winging it's way across the ocean, and nobody's scanned it for a while. I wouldn't worry quite yet.

Usually I get the delay from leaving the US DHL to the UK which is understandable as on a plane or such or at customs, starting to worry as DHL haven't scanned it at all at the US warehouse a week after leaving Stackry, my past orders this stage usually took 48 hours or so, even at weekends.

So for the first time my DHL tracking from Stackry links to something called Yuntrack which has a Royal Mail tracking code. Mildly concerned this won’t work out free of import fees. Also, Stackry charged me $29 for six Criterions with no consolidation nor repacking.

But my last two packages with Yuntrack have arrived in six days, much better than Yodel, and have been customs free, so I'm happy enough. |
