Just checked; German subtitles only.

(And as noted above, it's definitely region-free).

this is pretty freakin awesome!... I would also love to see Bully, Ken Park, and my personal favorite Gummo (I know, different director but he's in Kids lol) get a blu-ray release

I'm quite happy with this release. Picture looks better than I've seen it look. I've only seen it on cable in 4:3 and the 1st pressing US DVD. Highly impressed with picture. Audio is good. WJB mentions a sync issue. For me on my OPPO 103, I did not notice it but in 2 scenes. Both scenes were quickly panning between people. So I'm not upset. No English subtitles. I could have used them for a few moments, however, it is clear and stable. The soundtrack was also intact. Folk Implosion did a great job there.
German Menus are simple and easily navigated. Extras are minimal, but it's never been packed with bonus content.
Region free or at least A & B compatible.

The Blu-ray is good, slightly DNR'd because of the automatic damage and scratches removal tool and the not so optimal compression (BD-25) but still much better than the DVD.

Man, I just watched this for the first time since the late 90ís. What a film. It holds up extremely well. Raw and real. Good stuff.
