Default Panasonic 4K TV

I may upgrade to 4K at some point (not right now) but some OLED/QLED sets are insanely expensive (like £1500+). What's the difference between that and LED?

Is this TV any good? (The TV I have at the moment is 47")

I keep seeing lots of ads/reviews for "Furgeson" and "Hi-Sense" cheap 4K TVs
Why would you want a 4K TV with a built in DVD player? I didn't know they still made those
